What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and whatever you tell us about the property and your situation.

The site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It loads no scripts from other companies.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your property and to evaluate whether we can buy it. That is the whole purpose.

Form submissions are stored in our customer records system so that we can follow up. Access is limited to people working on your enquiry.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with a network of other buyers or with lead-buying companies.

We share it only where it is necessary to complete a transaction you have agreed to, for example with a title company or closing attorney, or where the law requires it.

Communication

If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may call or text you about your enquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

If you join the deals list, you can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep enquiry records while they are useful and for as long as any resulting transaction requires. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email paul@wincorehomes.com or call (501) 831-6919.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The version on this page is the current one, and WinCore Homes will not apply a change retroactively to information already given to us under an earlier version.
